How Can I Pay For The Treatments I Receive? 
At AMS Medical & Rehabilitation Centre, we provide multiple options to help you pay for your treatments. We recognize that special circumstances may exist, and that an extended course of physical therapy is a costly venture. We work closely with your insurance company to get the appropriate payment amounts on your behalf. Although all our patients are ultimately responsible for their bill, most use one or more of the options below to make sure you get access to the treatment you need.

Payment Methods Accepted
AMS is an in network provider or the CSST, SAAQ, Veteran's affair & the RCMP.  This means that if you are covered by any one of the forementionned insurance companies you do not pay, we will bill your company directly.. We also accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Debit Cards as methods of payment.

Insurance
Most insurance plans will cover a portion or all of your treatments.  Please verify what your plan covers.  In most cases, you will pay for the treatment and request reimbursement from your private insurance company.

If you were injured in a car accident we will bill the SAAQ and this usually covers your visits completely. If you were injured at work we will bill the CSST directly.

We are a participating (in network) provider for the following:

• Medicare
• Workers Compensation, CSST
• Car Accidents, SAAQ
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield for Veteran's Affair Canada & RCMP
