1. Avisez votre employeur<\/span><\/h3>\n

Assurez-vous de remplir une d\u00e9claration d\u2019accident CNESST avec votre employeur ou superviseur. Gardez une copie dans vos dossiers<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Consultez un m\u00e9decin<\/span><\/h3>\n

Vous devez consulter un m\u00e9decin, m\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une blessure mineure. Pr\u00e9cisez au m\u00e9decin que votre douleur est \u00e0 cause d\u2019un accident de travail. Demandez au m\u00e9decin une Attestation m\u00e9dicale. Vous en aurez besoin pour faire une r\u00e9clamation \u00e0 la CNESST. Donnez une copie de l\u2019attestation m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 votre employeur et envoyez une copie \u00e0 la CNESST<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Remplissez le formulaire r\u00e9clamation du travailleur<\/span><\/h3>\n

Si vous vous absentez du travail pour plus de 14 jours, ou si vous avez des frais \u00e0 vous faire rembourser (stationnement, orth\u00e8ses,..), remplissez le formulaire R\u00e9clamation du travailleur. 4. Suivre les traitements prescrits par le m\u00e9decin<\/span><\/h3>\n

Vous devez vous assurer de passer tous les examens m\u00e9dicaux n\u00e9cessaires et de bien suivre les traitements prescrits par votre m\u00e9decin tel que la physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Qui paiera votre salaire lors de votre accident ?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Le jour de l\u2019accident, votre employeur vous paie 100% de votre salaire habituel. Pour les 14 premiers jours d\u2019absence, votre employeur vous verse 90% de votre salaire net pour les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 vous auriez normalement d\u00fb travailler. 1. Appelez la SAAQ au 1-800-361-7620<\/span><\/h3>\n

D\u00e9clarez votre accident et demandez le formulaire de d\u00e9claration. Ils vous donneront un num\u00e9ro de r\u00e9clamation et vous enverrons le formulaire. Vous pouvez aussi allez en ligne pour d\u00e9clarer votre accident et remplir le formulaire au\u00a0https:\/\/saaq.gouv.qc.ca\/accident-route\/en-cas-accident<\/a><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

2. Consultez un m\u00e9decin<\/h3>\n

Suivez les traitements prescrits tel que la physioth\u00e9rapie. La SAAQ paiera la clinique directement pour les frais de physio.<\/p>\n

3. Montant de la paie<\/h3>\n

What do do in case of a work accident?<\/h1>

1. Notify your employer or supervisor:<\/h3>

Make sure to fill out a CNESST accident report and keep a copy for your records.<\/p>

2. See a doctor as soon as possible.<\/h3>

You must see a doctor, even if it is a minor injury. In case of a work accident, tell the doctor that your pain is due to your work. Ask the doctor for a CNESST medical certificate. You will need it to make a claim to the CNESST. Give a copy of the CNESST medical certificate to your employer, send a copy to the CNESST & keep a copy for yourself. Make sure to always bring all documents related to your work accident to your follow-up medical appointment.<\/p>

3. Complete the Worker's Claim form<\/h3>

If you are absent from work for more than 14 days, if you have expenses to be reimbursed (parking, orthotics, ..) or if you need treatment such as physiotherapy, complete the Worker's Claim form. You can download your form here https:\/\/amsclinic.ca\/en\/account-center\/<\/a><\/p>

4. Follow the treatments prescribed by the doctor<\/h3>

You must make sure that you have all the necessary medical examinations and follow the treatments prescribed by your doctor such as physiotherapy.<\/p>

5. Who will pay your salary during your accident?<\/h3>

On the day of the accident, your employer pays you 100% of your usual salary. For the first 14 days of absence, your employer pays you 90% of your net salary for the periods you would normally have worked. After that, the CNESST will pay you 90% pf your net salary. If you miss your appointments without a valid reason, the CNESST may deduct this day from your salary.<\/p>

1. Call the SAAQ at 1-800-361-7620<\/h3>

Report your accident and request the SAAQ claim form. They will give you a claim number and mail you the claim form. You can also go online to declare your accident and fill out the form at:\u00a0https:\/\/saaq.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/accident-route<\/a><\/p>

2. See a doctor<\/h3>

Follow the treatments prescribed by the doctor such as physiotherapy. The SAAQ will pay for your physio treatments.<\/p>

3. Financial entitlement<\/h3>
