Des exemples incluent la marche, monter les escaliers, jardiner ou faire le m\u00e9nage.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;inactivit\u00e9 physique est l&rsquo;un des principaux facteurs de risque pour les maladies non transmissibles. \u00c0 mesure que les individus deviennent plus s\u00e9dentaires, des preuves montrent une association avec de mauvais r\u00e9sultats pour la sant\u00e9.
