Conseils pour les \u00e9tirements et l’\u00e9chauffement en physioth\u00e9rapie<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plusieurs sports sollicitent une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de groupes musculaires. Essayez de couvrir tous vos groupes principaux avant de commencer. Voici quelques conseils g\u00e9n\u00e9raux sur les \u00e9tirements et l’\u00e9chauffement :<\/p>\n

\u00c9tirez chaque partie du corps dans l’ordre.<\/strong> Maintenez les \u00e9tirements pendant 25 \u00e0 30 secondes. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette routine trois fois.<\/p>\n

Marchez rapidement pendant cinq minutes avant de vous \u00e9tirer.<\/strong> \u00c9tirer des muscles froids peut soulager la tension, mais aura tr\u00e8s peu d’effet sur la flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
