Payment Options

At AMS Medical & Rehabilitation Centre, we provide multiple options to help you pay for your treatments and work closely with many insurance providers, both private, and government, to make it easy and convenient for you. Although all our patients are ultimately responsible for the cost of their treatments, many use one or more of the insured options below to pay for most or all of their treatments, and to get access to the therapy they need.

Direct forms of payment accepted at the AMS Clinic include cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Debit Cards.

CNESST, SAAQ, Veteran’s Affairs, RCMP

AMS is a network provider or the CNESST, SAAQ, Veteran’s affair & the RCMP.  This means that if you are covered by any one of the aforementioned insurance companies you do not pay, we will bill your company directly.

We are a participating provider for the following health coverage organizations:

  • Medicare
  • CNESST (Workers Compensation)
  • SAAQ (Car Accidents)
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Veteran’s Affair Canada & RCMP)

Insurance Payments

We also work with major insurance providers for your convenience.

If you are insured, with one of those listed below and depending on your specific insurance plan, we can submit the claim directly for you.  If you are insured elsewhere we will give you a receipt so you can be reimbursed.

To make it easier on our patients, we offer direct billing to the top insurers, covering 85% of Canadians who have private insurance. AMS offers eClaims with these companies, as well as providerConnect, meaning that depending on your specific insurance plan, we bill your insurance company directly (and not you) for the portion they pay saving you the time and expense.
