Custom Orthotics & Braces

All our models of custom foot orthotics are entirely molded and laminated and meet the industry’s most rigorous requirements. Whether it is our JAZZ orthotic for delicate shoes or our orthotic for the sports enthusiast, their quality and performance are undeniable.

Orthotics are worn for various reasons including: flat feet / fallen arches, heel spurs, plantar fascitis, short leg syndrome and other biomechanical problems.

All of our custom-made products are made by Laboratoires Biomec.

Our monocoque orthoses designed for knee ligament instabilities are entirely customized to fit the customer’s limb through the use of a custom-made mould. They provide many advantages you will love including removable straps, variable extension angles, and a large variety of styles and colour.  Most of our custom-made braces are covered by RAMQ if prescribed by a specialist.

The Defiance III is DonJoy’s flagship custom knee ligament brace.  It offers a perfect, custom-made fit. Whether you are an athlete or a weekend warriors, the Defiance III is the strongest of DonJoy’s functional knee braces. It features lightweight custom carbon fiber composite, a low-profile design that fits under clothing and sports gear, and 40 different frame colors and graphics to choose from.

This brace can be used for Hyperextension injuries, moderate to severe ACL and/or PCL instabilities; MCL/LCL instabilities, ACL or PCL reconstructions.

This orthotic is designed for unicompartmental load reduction, and offers the same advantages as the models designed for ligament instabilities. However, we also add lateral or medial unloading articulation which enables to vary the varus or valgus degrees according to your specific needs.

These custom-made braces are covered by RAMQ if prescribed by a specialist.

These wrist braces are designed to provide maximum support and stability and come in a variety of materials. Specifications include:

• Custom braces from a molding
• Available in different lengths to your specifications
• With or without thumb (option)
• Available in molded plastic: polyethylene, polypropylene, copolymer or leather
• Full cushioning available

Note: For leather wrist brace, it is possible to add Podiaflex a reinforcement or carbon fibre.
